Creators Docket

Terms of Service

Creators Docket, operated by Three Days LLC

These are the terms for using Creators Docket. Using the app means you accept them. They are written plainly on purpose; nothing is hidden in the length.

What Creators Docket is

Creators Docket is software for tracking brand retainer work: what you agreed to make, what you have delivered, what you have invoiced, and what you have been paid. It is a record-keeping tool.

It is not an accountant, a lawyer, or a bank. It does not file your taxes, it does not give financial or legal advice, and it does not move money. The tax set-aside figure is arithmetic on numbers you typed, offered as a rough guide and nothing more. Decisions about your business are yours.

Your account

Your data is yours

Everything you put into Creators Docket belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and we do not sell it. We store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can export the whole lot at any time from Settings, as a single file. That is deliberate: if this service ever stops being useful to you, your history should leave with you and still be readable.

Paying for it

Fair use

Do not use Creators Docket to break the law, to store someone else's personal information without a right to hold it, to attack or overload the service, or to resell it as your own product. If you do, we may suspend the account — and where we can, we will tell you why first.

The AI assistant

Creators Docket includes an assistant that can answer questions and propose changes to your board. Two things about it are worth stating plainly:

Availability

We aim to keep Creators Docket running and to keep your data safe, and there are nightly backups. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Things break, and maintenance happens.

Your export is the backstop against everything, including us. We recommend taking one periodically and keeping it somewhere you control.

Ending it

You can stop using Creators Docket at any time and ask us to delete your account. Export your data first — after deletion we cannot get it back for you.

We may close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. If we do, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data first, unless the law prevents it.

The legal part

Creators Docket is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Three Days LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect, not by quietly editing this page.
