Creators Docket, operated by Three Days LLC
Creators Docket is a tool for creators who deliver video work to brands on a retainer. It keeps track of what you have agreed to make, what you have delivered, what you have invoiced, and what you have actually been paid.
This policy says exactly what we hold, why we hold it, and who else sees it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your account — name, email address, password (stored as a one-way hash, never in readable form) | To let you sign in and to send you things you ask for, like an invoice. |
| Your business records — brands, agreed video counts, fees, due dates, delivery progress, video links, invoices, commission, contest earnings and shop GMV | This is the product. It is the information you type in or import, and it exists so the app can tell you what you are owed and what you owe. |
| Brand contacts — a contact name and email for the brands you invoice | So an invoice can be addressed and sent. |
| Payment details for getting paid — your bank name, account number and routing number, or a payment link | So they can be printed on your invoice. Account and routing numbers are encrypted at rest and are not included in the data the app loads on an ordinary screen. |
| Your TikTok handles, and — only if you choose to connect an account — your TikTok profile and a list of your public video posts | To match videos you have posted against the deals they belong to. See TikTok below. |
| A session cookie | To keep you signed in. It is the only cookie we set. There is no advertising or analytics tracking in this app. |
| A record of significant actions — what changed, when, and from what IP address | So that when money looks wrong there is a way to find out what happened. Values themselves, such as a bank account number, are never written to this log. |
Only these, and only for the job named. None of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
| Provider | What they see |
|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (hosting, United States) | Everything, in the sense that the application and its database run on their infrastructure. They do not access it. |
| Anthropic (the built-in AI assistant) | Only when you use the assistant. Your question, and a summary of your current board — brands, counts, amounts due — are sent so it can answer. Your password, bank details and contacts' email addresses are not sent. If you never open the assistant, nothing is sent. |
| Mailgun (email delivery) | The contents of emails you choose to send, such as an invoice, and the address you send it to. |
| Stripe (subscription billing) | Your billing details, if and when paid plans begin. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach us. No payment has been taken through Creators Docket to date. |
| TikTok | Only if you connect an account. See below. |
Connecting a TikTok account is optional and the app works fully without it.
If you connect one, we request read-only access to your basic profile information and your list of video posts. We use it for one thing: matching videos you have already posted to the retainer they belong to, so you do not have to tick them off by hand. We store the video identifier, its link, and when it was posted.
Data is stored in the United States. We keep it for as long as you have an account, because it is a running record of your business and its value is in its history.
When you delete your account, your data is deleted from the live system immediately. Encrypted backups are kept for 14 days and then expire, so a deleted account is fully gone within 14 days.
If you are in California, the EEA or the UK, you have specific statutory rights over your personal information, including access, correction, deletion and portability. The tools above are how we honour them, and you can also just email us and ask.
No system is perfect. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you what happened and what to do about it, without waiting to be asked.
Creators Docket is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
